Revised Refund Policy for GETYOURTVIP IPTV SOLUTIONS IPTV Services:

At GETYOURTVIP IPTV SOLUTIONS, we strive to provide the best service possible to ensure your satisfaction. While we make every effort to ensure the flawless functioning of our IPTV subscription plans, we understand that it may not be suitable for everyone at all times. If you are unhappy with your purchase or encounter an issue that renders the system unusable and we are unable to resolve it, we are more than willing to offer a refund.

To request a refund, kindly include your transaction order ID in an email with the subject line “Request for Refund.” Please describe the issues you are experiencing and the reason for your request. In certain cases, we may request evidence from you, and we will also provide you with supporting evidence to better explain our point of view and decision in a transparent manner.

Please understand that we can only provide refunds for technical issues if you allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve them and assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, a refund will be issued. Our live support is available 24/7, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.

Refunds can only be requested within 72 hours of the purchase date. After 72 hours, refund requests cannot be processed. If you made the payment using a credit card, refunds are typically processed within 20 to 31 working days and returned to the customer’s bank account. However, there are instances where the refund process may take up to 90 days. Please note that we are not responsible for these time frames and delays, as we are not the payment provider but the IPTV service provider.

Refunds will only be provided in full for purchases made within the last 72 hours. For all other refund requests, the refund amount will be prorated based on the duration of the subscription used. Our GETYOURTVIP IPTV SOLUTIONS support team will be in touch with users in all refund cases.

Please be aware that refunds generally take 20 to 90 working days to process, and we do not have control over reducing this period. Our payment processors handle refund requests, and we will make every effort to refund users promptly once we receive the request and verify user information.

We will not issue refunds or partial refunds if:

– The customer is dissatisfied with the channel lineup or performance. We strongly recommend that customers try our trial before purchasing a 1 to 12-month package.

– The user is unable to set up their own box and system. We provide comprehensive support for setting up boxes, devices, apps, and systems within predefined steps for configuration.

– Some channels experience freezing, buffering, or occasional non-functionality. Although our servers are typically stable, occasional issues may arise, which our expert engineers are constantly working to resolve.

– Regular server updates and restarts for improved performance.

In the event that a user is unable to access their IPTV subscription plan for 48 hours or more due to server issues or any problems caused by us, we will provide a complete refund of the package price or compensate for the lost time by extending the subscription for free, along with additional bonuses that can be negotiated.

Please note that refund requests for the 24-hour trial period will not be accepted.
